  • Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

  • Shipping Carriers: We work with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery of your order.

  • Shipping Options: Customers can select from various shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express shipping.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Standard shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days, while expedited options may be delivered within 2-4 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value, as indicated on our Website.

4. International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Customs and Duties: If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. However, if the order(s) have not been processed and/or shipped we can  cancel the order for a full refund.
